Please arrive on time for pickups. You have selected the time that works for you, so please be respectful of my time. Being late can cause conflicts with someone picking up after you or any other prearranged responsibilities I have. If a bouquet is not picked up/rescheduled within two days, your order will be canceled.
Please keep in mind that I will contact you prior to pick ups if it is at the location in Cape Coral or if you are late to pick up at either locations.
When you pick up at the Cape Coral location, please remain in your car until I come outside. When you are 5 mins away, please text the number provided in the text/email sent (239-286-5785) so that I can be prepared for your arrival.
At the Fort Myers location, I am there only until 2pm. If you schedule your pickup for 1:30-2pm, please make sure that you are there in that time frame, otherwise I will leave and the bouquet will have to be picked up at a different time.
